RDA 8th Annual Clean-Up Day
The Rockville Community Alliance
(RCA) partnered with the RDA on Sunday April 20, 2008 to clean-up
Rockville and then paint a 300 foot long banner now on display in Central Park
in the center of Rockville.
We want to thank the RDA and RCA
volunteers along with members of Union Congregational Church and
the Rockville Church of the Nazarene and "The Rock."
The RCA volunteers picked up litter
along Union Street, Orchard Street, Prospect Street, Oak Street, Ward Street and
then met the other volunteers who were cleaning the streets and gardens in
downtown Rockville.
